The voice assistants
When you tap the sphere and talk, the conversation is recorded — both the audio and a written transcript. You're told this before the first conversation starts, and you can choose not to start one.
The recording is processed by ElevenLabs, the company whose technology runs the assistants. It is stored on their systems, not ours.
From each conversation with Amanah's assistant we extract a small set of details so we can follow up: your name if you gave it, the name and type of your business, a phone number or email if you gave one, and what you told us about how your business handles enquiries. That summary is emailed to us. We use it for one purpose — deciding whether and how to contact you about working together.
The clinic demonstration assistant plays the front desk of a fictional dental practice. Anything you tell it — a name, a number, a made-up toothache — is recorded in the same way, but we don't extract or use any of it.
